For critical issues (i.e. service outage, core functional defect, or data loss)
please submit a ticket in the support portal and select "Urgent" as the priority. Begin the
subject line with Severity 1 and in the issue description explain how your issue is a severity 1 issue.
In addition to submitting a ticket, Platinum customers should also call the Platinum Hotline.
